At Champions Field House in Rockville, MD, we thrive to offer volleyball programs for the entire family! From youth activities such as high school leagues, skills camps, and a training academy to adult offerings such as a competitive men's leagues, adult 4's, and an adult coed draft volleyball league, as well as pick-up nights and weekend tournaments, Champions Field House is the place to be in Montgomery County, Maryland to play volleyball!

Champions Fieldhouse in conjunction with volleyball MD is offering individual, small group and team training outside of the traditional camp or clinic format. The obvious benefit is more personalized and individual attention. Available through volleyball MD is expert video analysis using the Dartfish video software including StroMotion. Strength, speed, agility, and quickness training tailored specifically for volleyball also are available for the serious athlete. A full complement of volleyballs (at least 15) specific to the individual (Molten Pro-Touch for the male athlete, Molten Super-Touch for the female athlete, and the Molten VB-U12 for those under 12) are used so more time is spent learning and less time shagging balls. Game-like drills and activities are used to enhance the transfer and application of what's learned to the individual's ability to actually play the game.

Champions Field House offers a year-round Thursday night competitive volleyball league where individual players register, not teams. Everyone who signs up becomes part of the player pool for that session and gets drafted on a team with five other players based on skill level and volleyball experience. Multiple levels of play offered will include AA, A, A/BB, and BB Divisions. For beginners to volleyball, the league may also include a B Division if the number of players required to form a division registers that session.
A volleyball skills evaluation night will be held to help ensure that players get drafted into an appropriate level of play. The evaluations will also help to make sure that teams in all divisions are as even as possible to promote good competition. Because of the nature of a Volleyball Draft League, Champions Field House cannot guarantee that a player will be drafted into a specific level of play.
