POLICIES
1. Champions Field House encourages customers to book their athletic activities and practices with us and our facility but it is prohibited to rent our practice fields, run tournaments, camps, clinics or leagues without the specific permission of our management. Our prices vary for different activities. Please call for prices and availability at (240)-497-0640.
2. If you are renting four (4) hours or less with Champions Field House, we require that you pay in full at the time of the rental. If you rent more than four (4) hours of rental time, we ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit, and your full payment at the time of the first rental. If you have a long term rental contract of several months, you can choose to pay each month separately at the beginning of every month. You must state this in writing at the formation of your contract. If you do not pay your rental fee on time, you will be fined and your rental contract can be terminated.
3. Champions Field House Cancellation Policy:
- All payments, including deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel something you registered for, you will receive credit at the field house that you are able to use towards rental time or other activities. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given.
- If you need to cancel, you MUST CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS NOTICE, if not earlier.
- If Champions Field House closes for any reason, you will receive credit to the field house for future rentals and activities. You will NOT be refunded your money unless there are no dates available in which case you will receive a refund only for the dates that Champions Field House was closed.
4. When your time is completed, promptly leave the court or field of play so that the next rental can use the field. It is the responsibility of the customer to end their rental at the allotted time. Anyone who continues to practice or play after their time has been completed will be billed and may forfeit their rights to future rentals at Champions Field House.
5. All athletes playing at Champions Field House do so at their own risk.
6. All customers must declare their use of the rental space. Any use outside this declaration will be an automatic forfeiture of their rental agreement.
Champions Field House is a 46,000 square foot facility containing two turf fields and two sport courts, two batting cages and two pitching mounds, and a multi-purpose training room. The Field House has the facilities for your individual or team needs.
